Happy Anniversaries

The first anniversary of note: I've been running this blog for a little over a year. It's interesting to look back at some of my frets and preparations back then. I think that's fodder for a whole new post unto itself.

Also, Max and I recently celebrated the 2nd anniversary of our first overnight date. I've been meaning to blog about it for a while now, but it seems like there are more interesting things to do with my time than sit at the computer lately. So once again I shall substitute eye-candy for intellectual content.

Who is Red?

Red is or sometimes identifies as: a redhead, an introvert, a tree-hugger, an educator, a video editor, a recreational dancer, a theater-tech geek, an instigator, a submissive, and a top. These various identities can be (and often are) combined in a myriad of ways.

Red has been exploring her kinks for more than 10 years and active in her local community for most of that time. She has no shortage of questions to ask, but also plenty of insights to share as the opportunities present themselves.

Focus Adjustment

This blog started as a way to share the experience of going through a major spine surgery while being kinky and poly. The thing about writing a blog about a specific event is that once that event no longer impacts one's day-to-day life, it's hard to remember one even has a blog. Working with the Kinks is now more broadly about the "Opportunities for Growth" I experience in my kinky/poly/redheaded life.
