Thanks Silver!

I'm still not being a grown-up about the SEAF thing yet. It didn't help that last night SOMEBODY managed to skillfully crank up the petrified excitement yet another notch with the following question:
"What will you wear to the artist's reception?"

(It's hard to be resentful of the increased anxiety when I'm so in awe of the masterful execution. Just because he didn't install that button doesn't mean he won't take great joy in pushing it now and then.)

Who is Red?

Red is or sometimes identifies as: a redhead, an introvert, a tree-hugger, an educator, a video editor, a recreational dancer, a theater-tech geek, an instigator, a submissive, and a top. These various identities can be (and often are) combined in a myriad of ways.

Red has been exploring her kinks for more than 10 years and active in her local community for most of that time. She has no shortage of questions to ask, but also plenty of insights to share as the opportunities present themselves.

Focus Adjustment

This blog started as a way to share the experience of going through a major spine surgery while being kinky and poly. The thing about writing a blog about a specific event is that once that event no longer impacts one's day-to-day life, it's hard to remember one even has a blog. Working with the Kinks is now more broadly about the "Opportunities for Growth" I experience in my kinky/poly/redheaded life.
